Welcome to the inauguration of the 2021 edition of Stars du Nord.
Enjoy an interactive dinner at Östermalms Saluhall where you get to eat your way through Scandinavia – every bite curated by Michelin chefs. Together with Nordic wineries showcasing true craftsmanship, matching each dish as you move along. Meet our Michelin chefs and watch as they create dishes live from food stalls capturing Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland on the plate.

12 Michelin chef will each do a signature dish celebrating the Nordics in a never-before tasting menu. Paired with Scandinavian wines, curated by the Nordics ruling sommelier champion and Gastrologik’s head sommelier Ellen Franzén.
