Stars du Nord is an annual gastronomy festival that celebrates sustainable Nordic cuisine.
For three days Stockholm will be the global meeting point for next-generation conscious cooking as the northern countries’ most progressive star chefs from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland join forces for a never-before collaboration.
The purpose of the festival is to promote northern gastronomy as a sustainable force in the culinary world, give our master chefs and winemakers national and international visibility and shape the food system of tomorrow.

Nordic Taste
The inauguration of the 2021 edition of Stars du Nord. Enjoy an interactive dinner at Östermalms Saluhall where you get to eat your way through Scandinavia – every bite curated by Michelin chefs. Together with Nordic wineries showcasing true craftsmanship, matching each dish as you move along.

Zero Waste Dinner
Next-generation Michelin experience. 10 star chefs will repurpose all surplus food from the Nordic Dinner in an transgressive tasting menu. Paired with Scandinavian wines, curated by the Nordics ruling sommelier champion and Gastologik’s head sommelier Ellen Franzén.

STARS DU NORD
Digital Program
During the festival Stars du Nord will produce a digital program with some of Scandinavia’s brightest food tech entrepreneurs, Michelin chefs, winemakers, and experts, including Matthew Orlando, Thorsten Schmidt, Paul Svensson, Mette Lykke och Gunnar Karl Gíslason.
The theme of the Talks will be the Nordic Food Concept with segments on the future of food tech, sustainable space food, the fight against food waste, and the Nordic wine region; becoming the new Nappa Valley. The digital program will be streamed the following month.
