On August 25-27th the green oasis of Christiania will be transformed into the world’s most progressive Michelin restaurant – as the northern countries’ most prominent Michelin chefs from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland join forces in the wild. Behind MATERIA's mystery door, you will find some of the Nordic’s most acclaimed star chefs ready to take you on a gastronomic journey under the stars. Experience a transgressive tasting menu with wild ingredients from Christiania and the city of Copenhagen. All dishes are paired with prestige wines from the Nordic region. MATERIA Wilderness Dining From the open-sky dining area, the fire kitchen, and the Nordic wooden bar to invited musical artists and performers guests will emerge in an enlightened gastronomic universe using all senses. Each festival day secret Michelin chefs will do a take-over and give their culinary interpretation of Christiania. MATERIA standard ticket includes the full tasting menu with wine pairing.
