The third edition of Stars du Nord will be held in Scandinavia's gastro capital Copenhagen also marking the first time the festival is held in Denmark. To spearhead the occasion the traveling wildwood restaurant MATERIA is coming to one of the world's longest-existing free societies: Christiania. On August 25-27th the green oasis will be transformed into the world’s most progressive Michelin restaurant – as the northern countries’ most prominent star chefs from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland join forces in the wild.

Secret Michelin chefs will each day do a take-over and give their culinary interpretation of the Freetown. Experience a transgressive tasting menu with wild ingredients from Christiania and the city of Copenhagen. All dishes are paired with prestige wines from the Nordic region.
