The world premiere of the wildwood restaurant MATERIA. The forest-like restaurant is an extension of the wild – challenging all conceptions of a traditional dining experience. The tasting menul consist of ingredients sourced within 200 kilometers and cooked using traditional preservations methods and open fires. All food will be paired with handcrafted wines from the Nordic region.
